Investor Financing
For applicants in the Investor Programme, GNA can assist with qualifying for financing of up to 60% of the required funds. The financing is offered through major Canadian financial institutions, which are approved by Citizenship and Immigration Canada.
The two available options include an attractive one year complimentary banking services and privileges (details below):
 (I) Up-Front Financing Package:
This package is to assist you in completing the CND $400,000 investment requirement. You must first deposit approximately CND $160,000 (subject to interest rates) with a Citizenship and Immigration Canada approved financial institution. This institution will provide you with a loan to complete the CND $400,000 investment requirement under the Investor Programme. Once the loan is advanced, no monthly payments are required to service the loan, and you will not receive any interest or capital return at maturity. The total cost of this is therefore limited to your initial CND $160,000 deposit.
(II) Flexible Financing Package:
Under this option, you must first make the entire C$400,000 investment under the Federal Program. After obtaining your Permanent Resident Visa and settling in Canada, you may apply for our Flexible Financing Package. This option provides you with a personal line of credit, at prime rate of interest, using your C$400,000 investment in the Federal Program as security.
